Impeachment or Insurrection?

I have read that Nancy Pelosi did not want to take a chance on harming the eventual Democratic presidential candidate’s chances to win by pursuing impeachment.

I suspect that she is more concerned about sparking an armed insurrection by the president’s fanatical followers.

Are we looking at another civil war in America?
