Accentuating the Positive
Good Morning!
It is time to revisit our daily intentional thoughts. I ask my animals, “What thoughts and feelings should we start the day with?”
Stormy, 13-year-old Aussie dog, says, “I live life to the fullest. All my organs are clean and working properly. I feel good in my body. I stretch easily.”
Luca, 2-year-old poodle, says, “I learn something new everyday. I am smart. I listen. I play and speak nicely to other animals. I am brave in the water. I eat well.
Makia, 15-year-old cat, says, “I enjoy little things like the sound of the bamboo in the breeze. I see clearly. My spirit is vibrant in my body. My body heals itself. I am connected to the purest energy in the universe. I believe angels are healing me.”
Bean, 5-year-old bunny, says, “I believe that there is a great power that wants our family to be healthy and successful. I believe this great power keeps us safe. I feel safe to go new places. I am friendly with my family.”
Serafina, 5-year-old cat, says, “I am active and healthy. My organs pump pure healing light through my body. The cells in my body are abundant, clean, and actively healthy. The water I drink cleanses me. I have such a powerful mind that everyone I talk to understands me.”
Chitta, 6-year-old horse, says, “I listen to what others have to say. When I am confused, I clearly and confidently tell the other I don’t understand. My mind is stimulated by my people and my environment.”
Mr. Squirrely says, “I have fresh water to drink every day. I am safe from young squirrels when I get older because I have your feeder — my territory. My hind end feels strong as I climb the trees. I rest peacefully. I am comfortable in my tree. I am okay with the thought of dying.”
Figure, 12-year-old horse, says, “I am stimulated every day with something I like doing. I enjoy nature. I make friends. I understand that life changes, and those changes can make my life better. I am confident while learning something new. I feel confident in my body. I listen to my rider. My food nourishes me.”
